What happens after joining?
The service describes care-team access and tracking tools. Ask how the initial assessment is conducted and how a clinician explains the available options. If you need a particular communication format or help using the platform, clarify that before paying.
Medication is a separate purchase if prescribed, with monthly or upfront billing depending on the plan. Obtain the medicine name and complete charge rather than treating a displayed starting drug price as your final bill.
Which cancellation ends which service?
The FAQ says cancelling medication does not cancel membership. Cancelling membership also ends active medication plans and platform care access. A patient reconsidering treatment needs to know which of those actions is intended.
Discuss clinical continuation with the treating professional and billing with the company. One account change should not be used to infer the instructions for another medicine or service.
