Likeness Rx

Compounded GLP-1 plans with monthly and prepaid choices

The checked offer

Monthly plans: semaglutide $139; tirzepatide $199. Prepaid equivalents are lower.

Likeness Rx offers several payment terms on its GLP-1 page. If the price choices feel crowded, begin with two questions: What is due today, and what period does it cover? Those answers make the difference between a monthly price and a monthly equivalent easier to see.

Read the total beside the equivalent

The monthly plans list $139 for compounded semaglutide and $199 for compounded tirzepatide. Longer prepaid plans lower the equivalent. For example, the twelve-month semaglutide plan is $948, described as $79 per month; the corresponding tirzepatide plan is $1,548, or $129 per month.

A lower equivalent is not automatically the right commitment for every person. Ask how the term fits with clinical follow-up, delivery timing and your ability to manage the upfront payment. The price grid does not answer those questions by itself.

Ask about the next payment

The public terms describe automatic renewal of the chosen term and early billing for the first refill. Request the actual next-charge date and the way to stop a future renewal. The stated refund if no prescription is issued should not be read as an unconditional refund after treatment starts.

Keep the clinical explanation separate

Likeness's GLP-1 medicines are compounded and are not FDA-approved. Ask why the clinician proposes that preparation for your medical needs. Also identify the dispensing pharmacy for the GLP-1 order; information about another product category on the company website may not apply.

Our third position is promotional placement, not a claim that Likeness produces a particular medical result. We reviewed published pages, not patient consultations or pharmacy operations. Use the profile to prepare the questions that still need an individual answer.
